HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
