HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
