HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Hartford, CT)

Harborlight Ashton Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
