HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Wilder Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
