HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Iron Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Grand Rapids producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
