HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Birch Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fresno area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
