HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Clear Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
