HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Nova Glen Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
