HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
