HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fresno, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
