HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Birch Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews.
You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Fresno.
What you will do
• Keep policies and records current and compliant.
• Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish.
• Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns.
• Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome.
• Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback.
What we are looking for
• Discreet, fair and direct.
• Three or more years in HR.
• Knowledge of employment law and leave rules.
Nice to have
• Experience with reviews and feedback.
• SHRM or HRCI certification.
Working arrangement
• Full-time, Monday to Friday.
• On site in Fresno.
