HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fresno with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
