HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fresno focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
