HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Foxglove Ridge Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Fresno. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
