HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Nova Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fresno area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
