HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bridge Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
