HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Clearpath Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fresno producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
