HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
