HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Keystone Freight is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
