HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Fort Worth, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
