Cedar Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Fort Worth working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
