HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Ember Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
