HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Beacon Financial serves customers across El Paso with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
