HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Nest Manufacturing Group makes precision components in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
