HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Summit Linden Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
