HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
