HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Cedar Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 440 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
