HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove River Auto Group is a El Paso company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
