HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wilder Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
