HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Facilities Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
