HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services Associates serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
