HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Maple Construction Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
