HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Nova North Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
