HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Union Telecom is a telecommunications provider in El Paso focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
