HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Haven Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 154 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
