HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Birch Arts Center Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
