HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Vale Financial is a financial-services company in Detroit. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
