HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Summit Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
