HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Quarry Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Detroit region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 614 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
