HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Foxglove Lantern Medical Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
