HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Glen Banking Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
