HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Summit Glen Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Detroit, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
