HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Technologies is a Detroit manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 907 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
