HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
