HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Detroit with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our compensation reviews. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on visit scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
