HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Nest Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
