HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Bridge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Des Moines. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
