HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on compensation reviews for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
