HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

Ironwood Ember Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Des Moines. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on compensation reviews. You would join a large organisation of about 362 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
