HR Business Partner - compensation reviews (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove West Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be compensation reviews. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
